Source of Hire Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency providing an online recruitment platform connecting job seekers with employers across engineering and technology sectors internationally, including Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Our recruitment services include:

• A job board where candidates search and apply for roles
• Candidate profiles, resume upload, saved roles, and job alerts
• Job requests for employers: you submit a role, our recruiters review it and post it on your behalf
• Application handling by our recruiters between candidates and employers
• Permanent, contract, and executive recruitment services

Jobs on our board are posted by our recruiters. Employers do not publish directly to the board.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

As a candidate using our recruitment platform to find roles, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information in your candidate profile and job applications
• Only apply for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Respond professionally to employer and recruitment consultant communications
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or salary history
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction

As an employer using Source of Hire Recruitment's staffing and talent acquisition services, you agree to:

• Submit only legitimate job requests with accurate salary information
• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and hiring timelines
• Comply with all employment, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws
• Handle candidate information in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Pay all applicable fees for recruitment services, executive search, and staffing solutions rendered
• Not use candidate information obtained through our platform for purposes other than recruitment and hiring

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• Use automated systems to access our services without authorization

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Source of Hire Recruitment or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Using the job board is free for candidates, and submitting a job request is free for employers. No payments are taken through this platform.

For recruitment services engaged with our team, including executive search, contract staffing, and talent acquisition solutions:

• Fees are as quoted at the time of engagement
• Payment is due according to the agreed billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of recruitment services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Source of Hire Recruitment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy of information provided by users
• That you will find employment or candidates
• The quality or suitability of any candidate or employer

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Source of Hire Recruitment, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. For users in Australia, these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For users in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For users in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the state in which you reside. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Local consumer protection laws also apply where relevant.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
